HAUTEUR Tile adhesive-411 is a polymer modified cement based tile adhesive for fixing ceramic tiles of regular size on the wall and floor and porous natural stone on the floor. For internal floor and wall areas , for fixing tiles.

APPLICATION

• – Bedding Floor tiles

SUITABLE FOR

• Tiles with an apparent porosity of less than 3%
• Vitrified or fully vitrified tiles
• Glass mosaic tiles
• Dense stones
• Large sized tiles greater than 300 mm * 300 mm

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Clean the substrate of oil strains and bond inhibiting compounds. Also remove any loose particles dirt, dust .
2. Ensure that the surface is flat (hard and rigid) for the given application.
3. Ensure that the surface is well saturated before application in the case of cement based substrates.
4. Mix 3-4 liter of pure water for every 20 kg premix bag
5. After mixing allow the paste to stand for 3-5 min for it to mature.
6. Do not attempt to extend the pot life by adding more water to the mix
7. Apply adhesive over the surface using the straight edge of the notched trowel. If the adhesive is buttered to the tile , then ensure proper coverage of tile surface to avoid avoids.
8. After 24 hours grouting can be done on tiles and stones.
